Denmark banns flavoured e-liquids by introducing a new law on e-liquids and nicotine pouches which brings a lot of changes to the vaping industry. The Danish Parliament approved the Danish Health Authority’s “Tobacco Action Plan” on 15 Dec. 2020, and the new restrictions have come into effect on 1 April 2021. Following the lead of some countries which has banned flavoured vapes before (e. g. Estonia, USA, Finland, and Hungary) the Danish government also prohibits the production and sale of flavoured e-liquids.
