Description
Induction sealing consists of multiple layers. The sealing process takes place after the container has been filled and capped. When heated by an induction machine, the aluminium foil melts the layer of wax that creates a hermetic seal with the container when cooled down.
The induction seal serves two purposes:
- Tamper Evidence – the liner cannot be reattached after opening
- Hermetic Seal – induction liner creates a hermetical seal
PE sealing is using a special gasket inside the cap of the bottle that once screwed on the bottle gives seamless and tight protection against spills. PE sealing bottles additionally feature tamper protection so the user can easily see if the product has been used.
