Project goal:
Purchase of manual platform trucks, electric lift trucks, scissor lift tables, chemical protection cabinets and manual gas detectors.

Description:
The project aims to significantly reduce the dynamic musculoskeletal load of employees and eliminate the need to perform non-ergonomic movements related to lifting materials. The purchase of trolleys and a lift truck will allow pallets with chemicals to be lifted to the height of the work surfaces, which will completely eliminate the spine-damaging process of lifting from the pallet or floor level.

Scissor lift tables will allow employees to adjust the working height to their individual anthropometric features, which will allow them to avoid working in a forced position. Protective cabinets for chemicals will increase the safety of their storage, especially in the event of fires, and will limit access to them only to designated and authorized persons.

Manual gas detectors will provide individual protection for employees in places where reduced oxygen content in the air may occur, caused by process deviations. The purchase of these technical means results from risk assessment documents, safety data sheets for hazardous substances and documents assessing the dynamic and static load of the musculoskeletal system. Additionally, the need to equip the workstations with cabinets for chemicals is a recommendation of the insurance company supervising the Company.

The implementation of the project will bring the company a number of benefits, including improved ergonomics and work safety, which will translate into a reduction in the number of injuries and sick leave among employees. Thanks to modern technical solutions, such as lift trucks, scissor lift tables and gas detectors, work efficiency and productivity will increase, which will have a positive impact on the overall productivity of the company. Safe storage of chemicals in protective cabinets will minimize the risk of accidents and fires, which in turn can reduce insurance costs. Additionally, investing in modern technical means can improve the company’s image as a responsible employer who cares about the health and safety of its employees.

“Increasing the competitiveness of CHEMNOVATIC through participation in international fairs”.

Project goal:
The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Chemnovatic Sp. z o. o. by participating in international fairs.

Planned effects:
The expected results of the project implementation are:

  • increasing the recognition of Chemnovatic products on foreign markets thanks to promotion at the most important trade fairs in the industry – gaining access to new buyers; expansion of the international distribution network by obtaining new foreign trade contracts,
  • increase in sales of products for export, which have great potential to compete on international markets. The final result of the project will be to increase Chemnovatic’s competitiveness and improve its financial result, which will be the basis for further development of the company.

The project will also contribute to the promotion of Polish products by presenting market-attractive and high-quality products to a wide audience in various regions of the world.

Target groups:
The direct target group are Chemnovatic customers. In addition, the target group of the project will be SMEs from the Lublin Voivodeship and their employees, including the Applicant’s company and its employees, who will take part in international fairs promoting Chemnovatic products. This will contribute to the promotion of Polish and Lublin products and to the recognition and increased importance of Lublin enterprises on the international arena.

2) Alternative Products Expo 2024 in Medelin, Colombia
3) IECIE Vape Show 2024 in Jakarta, Indonesia
4) Intertabac 2024 in Dortmund, Germany
5) Global Forum on Nicotine & ISoNTech 2024 in Warsaw
The subject of promotion at the fair will be: nicotine bases, nicotine salt bases, liquids for electronic cigarettes (e-liquids). All products subject to internationalization are manufactured in Lublin at Chemnovatic production plants.

Project goal:
The aim of the project is to implement R&D works on new innovative products, nicotine salts and nicotine salt bases.

Planned effects:
The result of the project will be the launch of the production of innovative nicotine salts and bases based on nicotine salts. The tools necessary to achieve the project’s goal are:

  • Equipping the facility where the project will be implemented with fixed assets necessary for production
  • creation of new jobs in order to provide staff for the implementation of a new product;
  • increasing the Applicant’s income from the provision of new services resulting from R&D works; d/ implementation of product and non-technological innovations;
  • increase in the company’s competitiveness on the national and international arena.

The purpose of the project:
The aim of the project is to promote 2 complementary product brands of Chemnovatic: Molinberry and VAPY through participation in the industry promotion program.

Planned effects:

  • increasing the recognition of Chemnovatic products on foreign markets thanks to promotion at the most important industry fairs
  • gain access to new buyers; expansion of the international distribution network by acquiring new foreign commercial contracts
  • increase in sales of export products with great potential to compete on international markets

The final result of the project will be increasing the competitiveness of Chemnovatic and improving the financial result, which will be the basis for further development of the company.

The project will also contribute to the promotion of the Polish Economy Brand by presenting market-attractive and high-quality products to a wide audience in various regions of the world.
