Acetyl Pyrazine AP-50 works perfectly with tobacco and dessert aromas. Not only does it boost the flavour and prevents tobacco note from disappearing, but it also brings a delicate nutty aftertaste. After adding Acetyl Pyrazine, one can also feel a popcorn scent in the final product.
Acetyl Pyrazine is a mixture of Propylene Glycol and Pyrazin-1-ylethan-1-one. It should be stored:
- in dry, ventilated, dark areas
- away from heat sources
- at 10-25oC
- away from children
Keep in mind, that it is not suitable for direct consumption.
