We have just received information, that all products we have applied for registration in the UK (that includes over 30 products we have registered for our customers) have had their status changed from “Under review” to “Declared”. Jedynym elementem wspólnym była rejestracja w/w baz nikotynowych pod kontem TPD w Polsce poprzez naszą firmę. Wspomniana rejestracja została jednak już usunięta z powodu braku porozumienia co do warunków współpracy.
Reasumując, chcemy jeszcze raz zaznaczyć, że nie mamy nic wspólnego z powyższymi produktami i żadna ich partia nie została wyprodukowana przez firmę Chemnovatic.

We are proud to announce that the first of Chemnovatic nicotine bases – the Nicbase VPG Optima-3 in a 10ml PET dropper bottle has been successfully submitted to EU-CEG (EU Common Entry Gate) in strict accordance with the Tobacco Products Directive regulations.
For the time being it is a pre-stage submission as the target registration system has not been launched yet. For that reason Chemnovatic is keeping a close eye on the regulations and the registration system implementation progress as well as the implementation of the Tobacco Products Directive in various countries as not all EU members have fulfilled the implementation process before the 20th May 2016 . read more »

Polish government considers changing the upcoming regulations regarding the use of e-cigarettes in public, specifically lifting the proposed ban on vaping in public space.
“A change that could be introduced is limiting the restriction regarding the ban on e-cigarette use in public space. The ban on use of the e-cigarette was the initiative of the ministry. Such regulations are not forced by the EU directive” says dr Łukasz Balwicki from the Medical University of Gdańsk.
The directive in Poland in its current form would level e-cigarette users with traditional cigarette smokers in regards to public space vaping/ smoking, which may cause teenagers to move to traditional cigarette smoking instead. read more »
